The individual work is focused in self awareness. I create a safe space where you can explore who you truly are, learn to identify the unconscious emotional and behavioral patterns that affects your daily life, and how to manage it in your favor. A sensible work developed for personal growth, you will be experiencing different technics ranging from mindfulness, psychophysics exercises, NLP concepts, in a Holistic approach. I believe mind, body and soul work as a whole in our overall health and I focus my work around it.
